Industville have done it again! They have been awarded not one, but two Silver Awards in the prestigious Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service.
Created to honour the achievements and positive contributions of businesses worldwide, the bi-annual Stevie Awards took place earlier this year and Industville were thrilled to be recognised once again. It was only last year they scooped two awards for their dedication to their employees and this time they were honoured to take home two awards for Customer Service.
The first award was given for 'Customer Service Success', for which the Judges comments on Industville say it all; "Excellent demonstration of a customer-focused organisation. They understand that happy people make customers happy as evidenced by 90% retention" The judges went on to say, "Their entry clearly demonstrates the achievements and shows a team dedicated to excellence. Industville customer service can be validated by prioritising customer care at every touch point. Online shopping, 24/7 call centre, exceptional delivery times, supported by free shipping and returns are an assortment of goodies when it comes to customer service."

The second award was given for 'Best Customer Engagement Initiative', something Marketa says they have worked very hard on, "Customer retention is something every business desires and we realised very early on that engagement with our customers plays a big part in this. We love engaging with our customers, whether it's through our social media channels, understanding their needs better through our customer surveys, or getting to know their wants through our free lighting design service".
The judges were clearly impressed with Industville's efforts and had the following to say, "Excellent customer-centric and strategic initiatives with commendable results.
