Behind the Space

"Designing our exhibition stand at Decorex this year has been a true team effort here at Industville. Since we exhibited last year at short notice, this year, with more time we've had an opportunity to make a bold statement.

Our starting reference point was the showroom that we opened in Clerkenwell earlier this year. We wanted to recreate the same feeling and emotion of that space at Decorex, while showing just a sample of the wider collection.

Material plays a big part in the story of the space this year, especially with the launch of Corby, so we have brought together a focused palette of rich tones. From Dark Portland Stone to Invisible Green, the space features walnut details, olive tones, warm fabrics, and travertine to mirror and pull together the collection into a cohesive space."

Introducing Corby

“I’m incredibly proud to be showcasing our new Corby collection at Decorex. Combining textured cast metal with natural alabaster, the collection is designed to bring warmth, depth and character to an interior. The contrast between the two materials gives each piece presence, while the alabaster softens the light to create a warmer, more layered atmosphere.

What I particularly love about Corby is the way it can influence how a room feels. The cast forms give the designs substance, while the natural variation of alabaster ensures every piece has its own character. Here at Decorex, you can see Corby surrounded by rich colour, tactile finishes and other natural materials, showing how easily it can become part of a wider interior.”

The stand has been edited to show the breadth of our approach to material, form and light. Corby sits at its centre, joined by designs in alabaster, glass and metal across pendants, wall lights, table lamps and chandeliers.

Rather than showing each piece in isolation, the lighting has been layered throughout the stand to demonstrate how different materials and scales can work together within one interior.

We wanted the stand to feel like a complete interior rather than a lighting display, so we’ve worked with a group of partners whose furniture, artwork, planting and finishes help bring the setting to life.
