The shade is available in various finishes. Additionally, with the option to choose the colour of your holder, you can experiment with different combinations. This complete customisation allows you to create the perfect light to complement your space, giving your home that stylish boost.
Orders are shipped Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed after 12pm (noon) are processed the next working day.
UK Delivery:
• Standard (1–2 days): Free on orders over £100 and £6.50 for orders under £100.
Customers also have the option to collect their orders from our warehouse and collection point: Unit 4, Link 20 Business Park, Bellingham Way, Aylesford, ME20 6SP.
International Delivery:
• Republic of Ireland (2–4 days): £25.
• Spain: Business orders only.
• No shipping for orders under £150 to select European countries (see full details).
Couriers: Depending on the item you purchase and your selected delivery method, we may use DPD, Parcelforce, Royal Mail or FedEx. You will receive tracking when your item is despatched.

Easy & Hassle-Free Returns
We want you to love your purchase, but if you need to return an item, the process is quick and simple. You have 28 days from receiving your item to request a refund or exchange.
How to Return:
• Simply log onto our DPD Returns Portal . You will need to have your order/invoice number to hand.
• If you require any assistance, please contact our Support Team by email support@industville.co.uk , or call 020 7971 7871 option 2, and we can help you generate a returns label.
• If any damage is noted prior to returning the item, please notify us beforehand.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring goods are securely packaged for safe return.

• Some postcodes (AB, BT, EI, FK, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA, KW, PA, PH, TR, ZE) and international orders are excluded from free returns.
Exchanges & Faulty Items:

• Missing, incorrect or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Note: This product is handcrafted with meticulous care. Where natural materials such as wood or stone are used, each piece will feature unique variations in tone, texture, and veining. Due to its hand-finished nature, subtle variations in the glass and metal work (where applicable) are also to be expected and celebrated. These characteristics are part of the material’s inherent beauty, ensuring no two pieces are exactly alike.
Installation: Ready to be installed, installation needed, ceiling/wall mount screws not included.
Dimmable: This fitting is dimmable when used with a compatible dimmable bulb and dimmer switch.
Bulb required: standard screw E27 max 40W - not included. All our suggested LED bulbs are compatible with the fittings - please see the suitable range of Edison vintage bulbs.
Bespoke service available: Flex length, bespoke shape, bespoke finish, new product, UL wiring. Please email sales@industville.co.uk for details.
All our products are individually hand finished. As a result, products might have subtle variations from one piece to the next. The natural blemishes/variations are inherent in the manufacturing of handmade products and are not product flaws.
Our lights are class I, so not double insulated as they have an earth wire and require an earth wire for fitting. A double-insulated fixture can be made to order. Please contact sales@industville.co.uk for details.
