This service is ideal if you need to rewire a pendant light with a different flex length, holder configuration or ceiling rose combination.
How to Order a New Bespoke Pendant
Step 1: Select your accessories, choosing from our range of flex, holders and ceiling roses.
Step 2: Add the rewiring service and adjust the quantity based on how many units or holders require modification.
Step 3: Provide your rewiring instructions in the checkout notes, or contact us directly and our team will be happy to assist.
How to Order an Existing Pendant with a Longer Flex
Step 1: Select your complete pendant fitting(s).
Step 2: Select your chosen flex and add the quantity of metres required.
Step 3: Add the rewiring service and adjust the quantity based on how many units or holders require modification.
Step 4: Provide your instructions in the checkout notes, or contact us directly for assistance.
Our light rewiring service uses approximately 20 cm of cable per outlet in addition to the required drop length. Please ensure sufficient flex is ordered to accommodate your preferred installation.

Orders are shipped Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed after 12pm (noon) are processed the next working day.
UK Delivery:
• Standard (1–2 days): Free on orders over £100 and £6.50 for orders under £100.
Customers also have the option to collect their orders from our warehouse and collection point: Unit 4, Link 20 Business Park, Bellingham Way, Aylesford, ME20 6SP.
International Delivery:
• Republic of Ireland (2–4 days): £25.
• Spain: Business orders only.
• No shipping for orders under £150 to select European countries (see full details).
Couriers: Depending on the item you purchase and your selected delivery method, we may use DPD, Parcelforce, Royal Mail or FedEx. You will receive tracking when your item is despatched.

Easy & Hassle-Free Returns
We want you to love your purchase, but if you need to return an item, the process is quick and simple. You have 28 days from receiving your item to request a refund or exchange.
How to Return:
• Simply log onto our DPD Returns Portal . You will need to have your order/invoice number to hand.
• If you require any assistance, please contact our Support Team by email support@industville.co.uk , or call 020 7971 7871 option 2, and we can help you generate a returns label.
• If any damage is noted prior to returning the item, please notify us beforehand.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring goods are securely packaged for safe return.

• Some postcodes (AB, BT, EI, FK, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA, KW, PA, PH, TR, ZE) and international orders are excluded from free returns.
Exchanges & Faulty Items:
• Need a different item? Let us know within 28 days.
• Faulty or damaged item? Just send us a photo and we’ll sort it quickly.
• Missing, incorrect or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• If a replacement isn’t available, we may offer a repair, store credit, or refund.
