With three hanging ceiling pendants, your interior can be elevated in a creative and unique way, with the fixture allowing for customisability.
This kit gives you everything you need to create the perfect centrepiece: one of our robust ceiling roses, three holders complete with wires and three elegant cone shades. All you need to add are three bulbs of your preference from our Edison style LED range. Depending on which would better suit your space, you can also choose between rounded, oval or more angular, rectangle-shaped ceiling roses.
The three wire Cone Cluster is also available in the Brooklyn range, allowing you to find the perfect light fixture to bring your interior vision to life.

Delivery
Orders are shipped Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed after 12pm (noon) are processed the next working day.
Important Note: Due to ongoing DPD strike action since 7th October, there may be delays to delivery times. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.
UK Delivery:
• Standard (1–2 days): Free on orders over £30 (£6.50 for orders under £30).
• Next Day AM / Saturday Delivery: £15 (order by 12pm).
International Delivery:
• Republic of Ireland (2–4 days): £25.
• Spain: Business orders only.
• No shipping for orders under £150 to select European countries (see full details).
Couriers: Depending on the item you purchase and your selected delivery method, we may use DPD, Parcelforce, Royal Mail or FedEx. You will receive tracking when your item is despatched.
Rugs: Delivery via Parcelforce (UK Mainland only, 2–4 days, free shipping).

Returns
Easy & Hassle-Free Returns
We want you to love your purchase, but if you need to return an item, the process is quick and simple. You have 28 days from receiving your item to request a refund or exchange.
How to Return:
• Simply log onto our DPD Returns Portal . You will need to have your order/invoice number to hand.
• If your order was delivered with Parcel Force or any other courier, please contact our Support Team by email support@industville.co.uk , or call 020 7971 7871 option 2, and we'll help you generate a returns label.
• If any damage is noted prior to returning the item, please notify us beforehand.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring goods are securely packaged for safe return.

• Some postcodes (AB, BT, EI, FK, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA, KW, PA, PH, TR, ZE) and international orders are excluded from free returns.
• Rugs require collection via Parcelforce at a cost of £15, which is deducted from the refund.
Exchanges & Faulty Items:
• Need a different item? Let us know within 28 days.
• Faulty or damaged item? Just send us a photo and we’ll sort it quickly.
• Missing, incorrect or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Note: This product is handcrafted with meticulous care. Given its hand-finished nature, variations in the wood or metal work (where applicable) are to be expected and celebrated. Each item is unique and no two are exactly alike.

All our products are individually hand finished. As a result, products might have subtle variations from one piece to the next. The natural blemishes/variations are inherent in the manufacturing of handmade products and are not product flaws.
Our lights are class I, so not double insulated as they have an earth wire and require an earth wire for fitting. The double-insulated fixture can be made to order. Please contact sales@industville.co.uk for details.
