You may have spotted our lights on your screens again – this time in an episode of George Clarke’s Remarkable Renovations. The show offers great inspiration for all of us who are designers at heart as it explores how the nation’s unused buildings are renovated and transformed into functional, personality-driven family homes.
In each episode, the featured renovators aim to put a modern twist on historical, agricultural and listed buildings while retaining the character and charm of the original structure – providing the perfect setting for some of our lights!
In episode 4 of series 2, we saw Julia and Peter transform an old post office in Wickwar into a modern home that certainly doesn’t scrimp on style. We were just as thrilled as ever to see our lights make an appearance here, showing how versatile they can be.
On this occasion, our Sleek Edison Wall Lights in Black were used in the bedroom, adding a sleek finishing touch and beautifully complementing other black details like the bed and mirror frame.
Episode 5 of the show also features some recognisable lights, with our distinct factory-style pendants making their mark in an impressive old village hall renovation in Northamptonshire.
The sleek industrial look of our Old Factory Slotted Pendant is perfectly suited to the modern update to this historic building bursting with character.
Here, we saw Stuart and Theresa incorporate a series of pewter pendants into the kitchen diner, with lights handing over the dining table and kitchen island for a refined look that seamlessly blends with the other stunning design choices.
