1.1 - As the contributing up-loader (contributor), social media account owner or manager (poster), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms by responding to an image comment on social media from the official Industville account that requests permission to use an image or video (content), with the affirmative response as requested in the comment. I.e., with a hashtag such as #yesindustville; or by uploading your image directly to our gallery. (Hereafter referred to as permission)

1.2 - By providing permission you confirm that you as the poster are the copyright owner of the content or have the authority to agree permission of content use on behalf of the copyright owner. The responsibility is with the poster to ensure they have the relevant authority to give permission to use the content.

1.3 - If any permissioned content is reported to infringe on the copyrights of external parties it will be removed from Industville systems, website, social accounts and will be removed from any future printed materials. There may be a delay in the removal of some content if it is being used in campaigns currently under production.

1.4 - By providing permission, you give Industville and its connected parties unlimited permission to save, store, share, repurpose, transform, and use in any other format the content across its media channels, website, printed materials, and advertising.

1.5 - Industville will always endeavor to suitably credit the copyright holder of a piece of content where it is expected to be able to do so; there are some instances such as banners and website adverts which do not have room for a credit, and some magazines do not allow them, as such there may be some areas where a credit cannot be given. As standard, the username of the social account that posted the content will be credited unless otherwise requested by the account owner / manager.

1.6 - The poster can revoke permission at any time by contacting the Industville marketing team via email: marketing@industville.co.uk. Content will be removed from Industville systems, website, social accounts and will be removed from any future printed materials. There may be a delay in the removal of some content if it is being used in campaigns currently under production.
