Industville specialise in the design and manufacture of handcrafted vintage industrial replica lighting and furniture. We pride ourselves on serving trade and domestic customers both UK and globally. Providing customers with uniquely designed, handcrafted, high quality, design led products, available at short lead times, in large quantities without the high cost and time-constraints of searching for originals.

The company believes that its market expects a continually improving service. We aim to continually improve the service we provide to meet our clients requirements and to produce finished work that we can justifiably be proud of.

The company aims to achieve the above by implementing a management system that complies with the international standard of good practice ISO 9001:2015. It also includes a commitment to meet the requirements of our clients, learn from customers feedback, as well as legal and regulatory requirements. Also to continual development of the system and helping to ensure it remains effective.

All personnel within the company are responsible for the quality of their work. The company provides training and has established systems to assist all personnel to achieve the standards required. While we endeavour to produce work and offer a service that we can be proud of, we have to recognise that we don’t always achieve our own standards. When a customer complains, we are committed to investigating the complaint and will do our best to put right all justified complaints.

The policy, organisation and procedures necessary to achieve the required standards are described in our Quality Management System.

Our Products & Suppliers

The quality and safety of our products is one of our top priorities. With this in mind we ensure our main supplier is audited annually in accordance with LIA quality assurance scheme, as a minimum we also require all other suppliers have a robust quality management system in place. We have been using the same trusted supplier over the last 6 years in a close partnership, this allows us to not only ensure that our products are the best that they can be, but they adhere to all safety and Quality standards. This unique partnership allows for us to not only meet but exceed all the needs of our customers whilst upholding all legal and safety requirements. All Industville products are required to be 100% visually and electronically tested, vigorous quality control and as a secondary measure we also batch test upon receipt of the goods, assuring all quality and safety measures are continuously and always upheld. Bespoke production and our unique design is one of the benefits that our close relationship with our supplier creates for our customers.
