Industville dispatch orders on working days, Monday to Friday. Our daily order cut-off for shipping is 12pm/noon, orders placed after this time will be processed on the next working day, this includes express.

For UK and European deliveries DPD is our shipping partner, for international orders we use FedEx. 

Delivery to Spain is only available for businesses.

The above information is exclusive of rugs, rugs are shipped using Parcelforce to UK Mainland only.

Unfortunately there is no shipping available for orders below £150 to the following countries: Denmark, Belgium, Poland, Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Hungary, Slovakia, Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein, Portugal.

To complete the return, please contact our Customer Support Department who will arrange a collection.

Alternatively, you can return the item to our showroom, Mon - Fri 09:30 - 16:30. Please call in advance to arrange an appointment.

When returning please do so in the original packaging, following the directions from our Support department
